I help founding edtech teams with Growth and GTM.
I'm ex-Head of Growth at The Online School where we grew a 6-figure in-house tuition and homseschooling agency within Y1; hiring 50+ educators who helped 100s of learners.
Previously, I relaunched and ran London ops for a multinational 7-figure ARR tuition agency (0 to 6-figure ARR in Y1, 150+ educators, brand revamp). For early stage startups, I’ve led on creative, messaging and strategy to help them find product/story-market fit and grow from 0 to 1. Just as Growth is multidisciplinary - I studied PPE (BA) and International Relations (MA) after which I did research and comms at foreign policy think tanks. Theory is nothing without practice, so I tutored Humanities then led on growth at education companies to help spark learners and brands alike.

These experiences have shown me exactly what founders need to navigate the unique challenges of the Education Industry to achieve sustainable growth. With over a decade in education leadership, a Master's in Chemistry from Oxford, and an ACA qualification, I bring a blend of sector expertise and strategic thinking.
My passion lies in helping innovative startups overcome hurdles and contribute meaningfully to evolving education. I believe the right support can unlock incredible potential.
